Indian literature is a vast mirror in which one sees the reflection of dramas happening inside and outside the lives of people who speak different languages. Mulk Raj Anand is right in his opinion that heritage lies in the lovely lyric poetry of the Vedas, in the pithy sayings of Upanishads, in the Ramayana, in the MahaBharata and also in the classical dramas of Kalidasa, Bana, Harsha and Sudraka [1] .
